Do you ship worldwide?

We ship our goods all over the world to most destinations every day from Estonia. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. It takes a week to deliver your order, wherever you are, however, we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs, etc. 

If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us. 

How can I pay for my order?

Prices on our website are currently charged in euros (€). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. You can also pay with your PayPal account but you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

It's possible to pay by invoice. In order to do so, please email us info@estiebags.com

I have just placed my order, what happens next?

We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the goods are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the destination. Free standard 5-7 business days delivery is available for Northern Europe (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Faroe Islands) and the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). The 2 business days express delivery costs 20€ for orders valued under 700€. For orders valued over 700€ the express delivery is also free of charge.

For the rest of the world the standard 5-7 business days shipping costs 20€. Express delivery 2 business days costs 35€. For orders valued over 700€ the express delivery within 2 business days is out of charge.

Standard Overnight service will cost 55€, Saturday Delivery service will cost 65€ in all regions.

Do I have to pay tax or import fees?

If your delivery address is within the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in your total price. Product prices for all other destinations do not include VAT but you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.

What is the return policy?

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary. If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact our Customer Service Department who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.

The following conditions apply to fragrance returns:

  • - the product must not be open and must be returned in its original packaging (with transparent film);
  • - when returning products that may have been damaged during delivery, the client must ensure that the bottle is still hermetically sealed (if this is not the case, contact the Customer Service Department).

Products may also be exchanged or returned for a store credit at Brage store in the T1 Mall of Tallinn within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. Brage store do not offer refunds on any goods purchased on bragestore.com. 

Following the instructions will allow you:

  • - to choose the articles to return as well as the reason for the return;
  • - to choose your delivery method
  • - to download and print your pre-paid return label.

If you are unable or do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, please contact the Customer Service Department to obtain authorization for your return. You can then return your package by a carrier of your choice to the following address:

In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you. Brage is not responsible for items returned to bragestore.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.
